Limited Warranty, Extreme Complete Care Warranty and Peripheral Warranty Details
AllSource I.T. branded systems purchased in Canada come with a 90-day, one-year, two-year, three-year, or four year limited warranty. To determine which limited warranty came with your hardware product(s), see your invoice or packing slip.
What is covered by this limited warranty?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your - our end-user customer's - AllSource I.T. branded systems (i.e. desktops, laptops/notebooks, workstations, servers, and handheld computers).
This limited warranty does not cover:
AllSource I.T. branded Add-On Hardware, each add-on piece of hardware is covered under its own limited warranty.
AllSource I.T. branded Consumable Products (toner and ink printer cartridges, batteries and tape media)
Software, including the operating system and software added to the AllSource I.T. branded hardware products through our factory-integration system, or the reloading of the software
Non AllSource I.T. branded peripherals IE: Printers, Monitors, mice, keyboards
Problems that result from:
External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power
Servicing not authorized by AllSource I.T.
Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions
Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance
Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by AllSource I.T.
Systems with missing or altered serial numbers
Systems for which we have not received payment

AllSource I.T. branded systems with the upgraded Source Complete Care Warranty Coverage have additional warranties:
Non-intentional damage that is caused by accidents will be covered.
Cause of Failure Resolution
Liquid spilled on or in unit Repaired or unit replaced
Drops, falls, and other collisions Repaired or unit replaced
Electrical surge Repaired or unit replaced
Damaged or broken LCD due to a drop or fall Repaired
Accidental breakage (multiple pieces) Repaired or unit replaced
Damage caused by intentional acts, fire, theft or loss, is not covered under CompleteCare.
Some examples of damage that would not be covered are:

Damage during transport, moving, vehicle transit etc
Intentional damage (hammer / screwdriver marks) Not covered - user responsible
Stolen unit Not covered - possible insurance coverage
Normal wear and tear Not covered
